Product Appreciation Period
1. Customized delivery products at the consumer’s request, audio-visual products, computer software or personal products (including but not limited to personal hygiene products, etc.) unpacked by the consumer shall be subject to the "Applicable Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Cancel Communications Transactions" "Except for products that are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period, the product will have a 7-day appreciation period (7 days including holidays) from the time the product arrives in your hands.
2. If you have a return request, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. Please provide details including your 'name,' 'order number,' 'contact phone number,' 'product name for return,' 'reason for return,' and photos. Once receiving this information, the customer service team will assist you with the return or exchange process.
Return Instructions
1. Returned goods must be unused and have no damage or malfunction caused by non-human defects. The 7-day appreciation period guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Law is only for you to hesitate and confirm whether the product meets your needs, and is not a trial period for the product; if our store reminds you, please keep the complete original packaging (including the outer carton), otherwise returns will not be accepted.
2. Returns cannot be accepted under the following circumstances:
(1) The product appreciation period exceeds 7 days.
(2) The product has been opened and used, or has been damaged due to human factors, such as defacement, malfunction, damage, wear, abrasions, scratches, and dirt.
(3) The packaging of the returned goods is damaged and incomplete, or the invoice and accessories are missing.
(4) Malicious or large-scale returns.
3. If the order amount falls below the free shipping threshold due to return procedures, the costs will be borne by the customer. We will refund the product cost of the order after deducting the shipping fee. (This does not apply to returns of defective products.)
4. The products sold on the website are not available for trial use and cannot be restored once opened. Please confirm whether the product specifications are correct and confirm that you want to purchase them before opening and using them to avoid a value loss fee of 15% of the selling price when returning the product.

Return Process
1. Credit card payers: After confirming that the return is successful, the money will be directly refunded to the original payment credit card account.
2. Cash on delivery: After confirming that the return is successful, the refund fee will be transferred to the bank account you provided.
Exchange Instructions
Exchange products must be unused and have no damage or malfunction caused by non-human defects; if the store prompts you, please keep the complete original packaging (including outer packaging carton), otherwise the exchange will not be accepted.
***Please note: Except for receipt of major defective/wrong products, no exchange service is provided in overseas areas. Defective products must provide a complete unboxing video file of the product!
Exchange Process
When you and the store mutually agree to exchange the goods, please return the original order and place a new order in the store; the company will only send you an invoice for the difference and collect or refund the fees; if not, the difference will not need to be processed separately.
