7-Day Appreciation Period
1. Except for customized products made at the consumer's request, audio-visual products, computer software, or personal products unpacked by the consumer, including but not limited to personal hygiene products, which are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period under the Applicable Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Cancel Communications Transactions, all other products are subject to a 7-day appreciation period, including holidays, starting from the date the product is received.2. If you have a return request, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. Please provide details including your 'name,' 'order number,' 'contact phone number,' 'product name for return,' 'reason for return,' and photos. Once receiving this information, the customer service team will assist you with the return process.
Return Policy
1. Returned goods must be unused, unopened, and free from any damage or defects not caused by human factors. The 7-day appreciation period guaranteed under the Consumer Protection Law is provided only for you to review and confirm whether the product meets your needs, and is not intended as a product trial period. If specified by our store, please retain the complete original packaging (including the outer carton); otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
2. Returns cannot be accepted under the following circumstances:
(1) The product appreciation period exceeds 7 days.
(2) The product has been opened and used, or has been damaged due to human factors, such as defacement, malfunction, damage, wear, abrasions, scratches, and dirt.
(3) The packaging of the returned goods is damaged and incomplete, or the invoice and accessories are missing.
(4) Malicious or large-scale returns.
3. If a return is requested due to personal reasons and the remaining order amount no longer qualifies for free shipping, a return shipping fee of NT$60 will be deducted from the refund amount and borne by the customer. (This does not apply to defective items or incorrect items shipped.)
Size issues, personal preferences, unmet expectations, or reasonable color differences caused by screen displays, photography lighting, or other similar factors are not considered product defects. For returns requested for the above reasons, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
If the return shipment is arranged by our store, a return shipping fee of NT$60 will be charged. If the customer chooses to return the item at their own expense (via courier service or convenience store shipment), the NT$60 return shipping fee will not be deducted additionally.
4. Products sold on this website are not available for trial use. Please confirm that the product specifications meet your needs before opening the package. Once a product has been opened, used, or cannot be restored to its original condition after opening, returns will not be accepted.
***Please note: There is no return service in overseas areas. Please confirm the order products and amount before placing an order.
Return Process
Return Pickup Arranged by tSHOP:
Contact customer service → Confirm return eligibility → Prepare the complete product and invoice → Provide available pickup time, contact information, and address → The return will be collected by the logistics provider designated by the store.
Return Shipped Back by Customer:
Contact customer service → Confirm return eligibility → Prepare the complete product and invoice → Return the item according to the instructions provided by customer service (via courier service or convenience store shipment) → Refund will be processed after the store has received and confirmed the returned item.
Refund Policy
1. Customers who paid by credit card: After confirming that the return is successful, the money will be directly refunded to the original payment credit card account. The refund processing time is subject to the operating procedures of each bank.
2. Customers who paid by cash on delivery: After confirming that the return is successful, the refund fee will be transferred to the bank account you provided. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Exchange Policy
1. Our store currently does not provide exchange services (including both domestic and international orders). Thank you for your understanding.
2. If you would like to change the size, style, color, or other product options, please complete the return process first and place a new order separately.
3. If you receive an item with a major defect, missing items, or an incorrect shipment, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide your order number, product photos/videos, and relevant details. We will assist you with the follow-up process.
4. For international orders, returns and exchanges are not accepted due to international shipping logistics and related shipping costs. If the product has a major defect, missing items, or an incorrect shipment, customers must provide a complete unboxing video and product photos for verification. After confirmation, partial refunds, full refunds, or other appropriate compensation may be provided depending on the situation. Exchange services and return shipping collection services are not available for international orders.
