1. Cooperate with logistics:

Shipping instructions

1. After placing an order (excluding the day of ordering), it will take approximately 3-7 working days for the ready-made products to be shipped, excluding holidays; the shipping date of pre-ordered products shall be subject to the instructions on the product page.

2. Delivery time is 09:00 - 17:00 from Monday to Friday. No delivery is arranged on holidays.

3. If there are a large number of orders during festivals or holidays or force majeure and natural disasters, shipments may be delayed.

4. If you select [Home Delivery]: The actual delivery status will depend on the route arranged by the home delivery driver.

5. If you select [Convenience Store]: Please pay attention to the arrival SMS and pick up the goods within 7 days after arrival. Please do not fail to pick up the goods without any reason; any shipping costs incurred will be borne by the customer.

Overseas shipping reminders

1. Please ensure that the recipient information is filled out correctly: English full name and complete shipping address. The recipient's name should be written in full English, no abbreviations are allowed.

2. All shipping addresses must include the correct postal code. When filling out the form, please select the correct region and provide the accurate address and recipient's complete information. If incorrect information leads to delivery issues, the buyer will be responsible for the consequences.

3. Different countries have different import duty standards. If your country requires prepayment of customs duties on received parcels or additional fees for remote areas, the buyer is responsible for these charges.

4. International shipments are subject to local import regulations, customs clearance procedures, and logistics operations, which may differ from those within Taiwan. If a shipment cannot be delivered due to unpaid duties, incomplete customs clearance, no recipient available, failure to collect the parcel, or other factors beyond our control, and is destroyed, returned, or otherwise disposed of, refunds, reshipments, or compensation will not be provided.

Any related return shipping, duties, or handling fees shall be borne by the recipient.
