Registration method

Please use your personal mobile phone and personal email to register. Provide accurate employee ID

and the last four digits of your ID for verification. Failure in this process will impact shipping and lock the account.

Ordering method

Ordering and payment methods

You may place your order online and make payment at the same time.

Home delivery: online payment only
Convenience store pickup: either pay online or pay upon pickup

Order confirmation

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified, combined, or have items added. If changes are needed, please contact tSHOP

customer service to cancel the original order and place a new one.

Return policy

Returns must be made for the entire order; partial item returns are not allowed.

Shipping schedule

Pre-order for new products

Please refer to the product page for shipping times related to pre-orders of new products.

Note that if you order both in-stock and pre-order items together, they will be shipped according to the pre-order schedule.

However, certain pre-order items cannot be combined for shipping due to vendor or logistics restrictions, and will be shipped separately as specified on

the product pages.

In-stock products

In-stock products will be processed immediately on business days after payment confirmation, and

will be delivered within 4-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays).

Uncollected order policy

If an order is returned to the warehouse due to the recipient's failure to collect it within the pickup period, unavailability at the time of delivery, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be automatically cancelled and the items will no longer be reserved. Please note that no further notice will be provided.

Taiwan – Home delivery or convenience store pick-up.

Overseas – Home delivery only.

Taiwan – NT$60per order, free over NT$2000.

Overseas – Shipping fees vary.
