Ordering & shipping
• International orders are accepted with online credit card payment only. Cash on delivery, bank transfer,or other payment methods are not supported.
• Please ensure that all recipient information is accurate and complete, with no abbreviations:
・Full name in English
・Complete English address (including country, city, district, and postal code)
・Phone number(with country code)
• Some items are not available for international delivery. Relevant shipping restrictions are indicated on the respoective product pages. Please check before placing your order.
• Customs duties, clearance fees, and remote area surcharges vary by country and are the responsibility of therecipient.
• A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.
• Estimated delivery time is 7–18 business days. Actual delivery may vary depending on local logistics and customs processing. Specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping method & dispatch schedule
▶ Shipping method
• Only international home delivery is available. Convenience store pickup is not supported.
▶ Dispatch time
• For in-stock items, orders will be shipped within 3–7 business days after order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Pre-order items will be shipped according to the estimated schedule listed onthe product page.
• Orders are shipped Monday to Friday,09:00–17:00 (excluding public holidays).
• Delivery time slots cannot be specified and will follow the courier’s routeand schedule.
Available countries & shipping fee
▶ Shipping destinations
We currently ship to the following countries: Japan, United States, Canada,China, and the Netherlands.
▶ Shipping fee calculation
• International shipping is calculated based on total order weight. The system will automatically calculate shipping fees at checkout. Courier selection is not available.
▶ Weight limit & fee notice
• Maximum weight for a single international order is 10 kg.
• If the total weight exceeds 10 kg, the system will display a placeholder shipping fee of NT$99,999(not the actual cost).
• If this occurs, please do not proceed to checkout. Contact us at service@takerite.com.tw to recalculate the fee and create a custom order.
Return & exchange policy
• International orders are not eligiblefor return or exchange. Please confirm the product name, color, specifications,and price before placing your order.
• All items are inspected and securelypacked before shipping. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless the item isdefective and cannot be used.
• If the product received has seriousdefects or does not matchthe order, please contact us within 7days of receipt and provide the following to service@takerite.com.tw:
・Full unboxing video
・Photos of the defective or damaged item
・Order details (name, order number, product name, etc.)
📌 Please note: Except for serious defects or incorrect items, exchanges are not available for international orders. A complete unboxing video is required to process any claim.
Damaged packages & special cases
• If the outer box is severely damaged and affects the product inside, please take photos (including the outer box and contents) and contact service@takerite.com.tw. We will assist with the claim process.
• If incorrect information (e.g., name, address, phone number, or postal code) causes delivery failure, return, or additional fees, refunds and reshipments will not be provided.
