Thank you for purchasing a product from Sun-Upper Metal Industrial Co.,Ltd. For products purchased after January 1, 2025, warranty services will besubject to the following terms.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies only to thermos bottles manufactured by Sun-Upper MetalIndustrial Co., Ltd. and covers defects in thermal insulation performance that result in malfunction within a 12-month period from the purchase date. Pleasealso refer to the following provisions.
Exclusions from Warranty
Sun-Upper shall not be liable for warranty service or compensation under thefollowing circumstances:
- Components such as filters, accessories, and non-insulation-related parts are excluded.
- Damages caused by regular use or natural wear and tear of external parts are not covered.
- Silicone gaskets are consumables and are not covered under warranty.
- Minor deviations from product specifications that do not affect the product’s function or suitability are excluded.
- Damages or defects caused by external factors such as dust, foreign objects, natural disasters (e.g., lightning, fire), water or liquid intrusion, sun exposure, poor ventilation, falls, civil unrest, accidents, abnormal water quality, or environmental conditions are not covered.
- Surface wear or damage caused by human factors or external treatments are not covered.
Warranty Services
- Sun-Upper reserves the right to decide whether to repair or replace defective parts free of charge.
- To receive warranty service, customers must present proof of original purchase (either original or copy, such as an invoice or delivery slip) showing the shipping or purchase date. Without proper documentation, warranty services cannot be applied.
- Any parts replaced during warranty service become the property of Sun-Upper.
Product Replacement
- During warranty service, Sun-Upper reserves the right to replace the purchased product with an equivalent or upgraded model of similar type and value instead of repairing it. The warranty period for the replacement product will follow the original product’s warranty term.
(Example: If purchased on January 1, 2025, and replaced on October 1, 2025, the warranty will still expire on January 1, 2026.) - Replaced products under warranty become the property of Sun-Upper.

The warranty terms apply only within Taiwan, including offshore islands.
Collection, Processing, and Use of Customer Information
Sun-Upper Metal Industrial Co., Ltd. reserves the right to update its privacypolicy from time to time.
Notice: According to the warranty terms, if Sun-Upper determines afterinspection that the product is free of defects, the company may charge forlabor and transportation expenses.
